Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
- Acting as a liaison between the company and the client.
- Identify and establish contact with prospects primarily for staffing solutions.
- Lead generation through tele calling, cold calling, mails, References and requirement analysis.
- Identifying potential market clusters and building key positioning strategies.
- Getting new clients through meeting directly by fixing appointments and following up on enquiries by Prospective clients.
- Proposal Submission, Appointments, Technical Support and Clients relationship Management.
- Negotiating and Finalizing to get approvals on Terms and conditions of the Company.
- Presentations to the clients about the Company Solutions and Services.
- Interact with the HR of the companies to ensure continuous flow of business and supply of manpower to their expanding organizational/project needs.
- Meeting with the HR managers to deal with the requirement.
- Implementing competent business strategies to market a wide range of IT-solutions.
- Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing Clientele.
- Building & maintaining healthy business relations, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & quality.
- Interacting with clients for the new Requirement and Process.
- Handling Events across the centers for new requirements from the Client.
- Developing and presenting proposals for customized business solutions.
- Receiving placements order (PO) from clients if any consultants placed
- Actively involved in negotiating and closing business contracts.
Recruitment Cycle
- Supervising the full cycle recruitment by the team of recruiters involving in identifying, screening, interviewing, sourcing and placing personnel in quick turnaround time in contract, contract to hire and permanent positions.
- Processing and supervising the screening of resumes for the clients. Understanding the clients requirements, coordinating for short listing and screening including preliminary and Final interview of the candidates.
- Involvement in complete recruitment process from opening to closing.
- Responsible for sourcing of screened, interviewed the completely verified resumes with all the background check, with respect to various requirement those are received from the direct client.
- Extensive use of internet recruiting tools of various job boards and sites like Naukri, Monster, Times jobs and Jobs ahead to source right professional based.
- Having a sound knowledge of various recruiting practice, terms, responsibilities, intricacies and ability to mould or adapt to the situation.
- Taking care of initial screening of the candidates, scheduling Interviews, convincing them for relocation etc.
- Initializing and updating the software technologies as per the market demand, Sources screen & shortlist high-end software professional matching all skills set requirement of client. Making extensive searches to fulfill the requirement
- Handling telephonic interviews, understand their competencies & skill sets and Check consultant’s suitability from geographical, salary & technical point of view and Screen consultants using various techniques, background check. Keeping track of consultants for future references
